“I read the news today, oh boy.” This class may not change what’s happening out there, but it may change what’s happening in here.* In your mind, your body, your nervous system.

This class integrates our yoga practice (suitable for all), breathwork, vagus nerve attention, and the emerging science of emotional health. 

For all of us who experience weighty emotions, or feel especially sensitive to the intensity in the world in this moment, this class is meant to give you some relief. To empower you with tools. To offer you new perspective. To care for your nervous system, in safe space.

*This class might not change what’s happening out there. Although, it might. The ripple effect of your practice is powerful. You’re invited to explore for yourself, and in doing so, rediscover yourself. 

About your instructor: Andrea Evans (E-YRT) has completed multiple training programs in trauma-informed yoga teaching, yoga for emotional health & healing, and meditation. A dedicated yoga practitioner and student for years, Andrea has been teaching yoga and other modalities to support physical AND emotional strength, mobility, and agility since 2014.
