This workshop is tailored to help you manage a build-up of stress, feelings of worry, restlessness, and uneasiness, through the practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation. You’ll explore the relationship between your physical yoga practice and emotional health in a safe, empowering environment. The yoga practice in this workshop is accessible to all levels of practitioners (beginners are always welcome). It is designed to offer relaxation, a sense of steadiness, calm, and balance, through a range of dynamic movement, restorative poses, and a Yoga Nidra practice, to help you observe and welcome all of the sensation, emotions, and thoughts that arise.
