Workshopping Anxiety Through Yoga

  • Open Doors Yoga 570 Kelley Boulevard North Attleborough, MA, 02760 United States (map)

Increasingly, people in our culture report that anxiety is affecting their relationships, digestion, sleep patterns, and overall health and well-being. This workshop is designed to help explore connections between your yoga practice, nervous system, and emotional health in a safe and supportive setting.

The physical movement in this workshop is accessible to all levels of practitioners, inclusive of beginners. Our time together also includes a Yoga Nidra practice to help you observe and potentially befriend a range of sensation, feelings, and thoughts that arise. Woven all together, the elements of this workshop create the environment for you to access deep and actionable insight, grounded in knowledge and practical tools to support a healthy nervous system.

Workshop participants are not required to have, nor disclose, any sort of personal history or experiences with anxiety. All who are open to learning are welcomed.

About your instructor: Andrea Evans (E-YRT) has completed multiple training programs in trauma-informed yoga teaching, yoga for emotional health & healing, Yoga Nidra and meditation.
